Mr. Edrees is the Executive Director of Board of relief and Humanitarian Affairs (BRHA), a provincial Government initiative based in Duhok province. Originally graduating as a Civil Engineer from the University of Mosul in 1983, his subsequent career spanning 35 years has involved working with Government, Non-Government and private sector companies. Mr. Edrees brings expertise on cross-sectoral coordination between community members, donors and partners, public administration, program management and resource mobilization.
