John Abiud Ramírez Barrientos is currently President of the Colombian Federation of Municipalities. Previously he served as the Mayor of Girón (2016-2019). Mr. Ramírez Barrientos is an economist and business administrator at the University of Santo Tomás, Bucaramanga. He has broad professional experience in the public sector, including serving as Secretary of Departmental Development in the Santander government in 2013-2014.
